The Bunker’s Remote Hands service
The Bunker’s remote hands service is facilitated by our Remote Hands team made up of both System and Network staff. Unlike other Data Centres, The Bunker’s Remote Hands team are highly qualified individuals who, rather than simply notifying of alarms and pressing buttons, know how to diagnose and fix problems quickly and effectively.
Remote hands are deemed as any intervention to a customer’s equipment specifically requested by the customer, where the customer’s instructions are followed precisely. These instructions and their outcomes are the responsibility of the customer.
15 minutes Remote Hands service per day is included within your colocation contract.
