Project Management
With The Bunker’s Ultra* Secure Project Management Service you can gain access to a team of dedicated project managers, with the skills and experience to offer technical advice and assistance throughout a project’s lifecycle to meet even the most demanding and business critical deadlines.
The Service
Today’s IT projects have varying degrees of complexity in their design, need to be scalable and are fast paced. The Bunker believes that the key to running successful projects is to work closely with you, the customer, so that all of your business requirements are clearly defined in order to meet your expectations in terms of time, budget, and quality.
From small to large IT network infrastructures each project has a methodical approach based on PRINCE2 and all of The Bunker’s processes are endorsed by the ISO 27001 accreditation and information security management standard.
Our Approach
Each project is initiated with a kick off meeting with you the customer and our subject matter experts. We will quickly identify your technical and operational requirements, scope of the project and expectations. A clear coherent communications plan will then be formalised to ensure information flows through the correct channels. Issues and risks will be documented and analysis carried out which will assist in successful project completion.
From the kick off meeting control documentation such as project plans, risk register, issue log etc will be distributed to the relevant parties and commitments in terms of deliverables will be finalised. The project manager will then go through a procurement process to ensure your business solution is of the highest quality.
Throughout the project lifecycle the project manager will work closely with both you and their internal team at The Bunker to ensure any issues are quickly recognised and rectified and any Requests For Change are handled through The Bunker’s Change Management process.
Upon completion and handover of a project we understand this is where you may require our support the most. The Project manager will distribute a User Acceptance Test log which is a control document designed to capture not only anomalies during user testing but any additional changes required by you that were not realised during the project inception meeting.
Once you are fully satisfied with your IT business solution all of the project information will be documented and archived. The project is then handed over to our dedicated support team who will use this information for reference to efficiently troubleshoot any future problems.
