As an IT Outsourcing provider, The Bunker focuses on three core areas of your IT function:
- Infrastructure Management – The Bunker take responsibility for all of your IT systems: security, server infrastructure including networking, systems monitoring, storage, data centre etc, and deliver a service up to and including the operating system, all based on agreed service levels for a fixed number of years and at a fixed cost.
- Application Management - The Bunker offer application management and support skills to deliver a fully supported application outsourced service, including Exchange, SQL, Oracle either for existing legacy applications, for new applications or other in house applications. This can be delivered as a fully managed outsourced service.
- Service Desk – The Bunker’s ITIL compliant managed service desk can be structured as a simple call-logging facility, a technical escalation facility or anywhere in between. The Bunker’s service desk will own and manage all issues from inception to resolution.
