Secure Management Processes
To fulfil our security management obligations to you, we also enforce an airtight internal security policy amongst our staff. For example, to remove the risk of security breaches, staff are not allowed to store passwords, write them down or communicate them with anyone else. Passwords must never be incorporated into any kind of script, automated logon procedure or similar, even if that script is itself password protected.
