Based on a standard impact scale, The Bunker will guarantee system availability to a fixed level of 99.5% and resolve incidents to a specified timeframe. As a standard maintenance contract, The Bunker SLAs also provides guaranteed response times and guaranteed access to Bunker system engineers.
All Bunker SLAs are delivered on a 24x7, 365-days-a-year basis.
