How do I raise a complaint to The Bunker?

You can make a complaint to the department who you are dealing with or alternatively you can call us on 01304 814800 and we will respond within 3 business working days. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as promptly as possible. If you are not satisfied with the initial solution then your complaint will be escalated and dealt with at company director level.
