Highly Available configuration
Opensource software license drastically reducing total cost of ownership
Benefit from our in-house Opensource technical expertise in dealing with community support.
With years of security and IT expertise, we understand the importance of confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data. We achieve this through replication, high availability and backups which you can trust. That’s why our services can be scaled to multiple nodes.
Load Balancing & Disaster Recovery can be provided. Arbiter technology is deployed to monitor for node failures to maintain service availability, and nightly crash-consistent backups are run. On top of all that, you can rest easy in the knowledge that your data is hosted in the most secure data centres in the UK.
After understanding and analysing your requirements, we will recommend a setup and underlying resource allocation that can handle your workload for production use. At any time should your requirements change we will be able to seamlessly integrate additional NoSQL nodes into your replicate set, so growth is never an issue.
The setup will include provision for any HA and load balancing, which will include a test run of failover to patching, plus we’ll always keep your application running whilst we perform regular maintenance.
Once your dataset is onboarded, you’ll be given application / user access to the dataset. Should anything go wrong, you can always rely on your nightly crash consistent backup of the dataset, which can be provided upon request for inspection or at regular intervals as a test restore.
Any support or guidance you need, day or night, will be handled by our 24/7/365 support desk.
