We will rack, mount, cable and install your preferred operating system and applications onto your hardware. Housed within one of our Managed Services Suites with strict access policies limited to our technical experts or escorted pre identified individuals. We will provision a secure connection (SSH or VPN) to facilitate your teams when deploying or configuring software.
With cross-connects to other locations to link your existing infrastructure within the data centre and internet access for external access to your hardware.
We will provide and configure our own monitoring server for on-going monitoring of the hardware against any failures. Once hardware failures have been detected, The Bunker will action the alert and fix as soon as possible either through a replacement via our hardware vendor partnerships or with our own in-house stock of replacement parts. If any hardware downtime is required, this will be scheduled and agreed with you at your convenience.
